Do you love building custom electronic projects? Then you have to think about this amazing Atomwear. The master brain behind the Atomwear is Shuwen Liu. Atomwear system is a micro, modularized open source wearable system which includes Bluetooth low energy connectivity and a wearable strap for your creations. It is fully open source, micro, modularized, open source, wearable BLE device for DIYers.
Atomwear is a BLE product based on a Nordic BLE chipset which enables to build custom wearables easily. You can design many micro sized modules which includes including BLE MCU module, battery charger module, acceleration sensor module, baroceptor module, temperature sensor module, gyroscope module, OLED display module, heart rate sensing module, etc. The possibilities are endless.
Atomwear can be used to pedometer, motion tracker, temperature humidity, Bluetooth intelligent anti lost locator, e-compass, pressure and altitude detection, gesture recognition, HID Input and Bluetooth Smart Becon.
Even though you are not an electronic engineer, you can still make a wrist strap by yourself by just assembling Atomwear modules with FPC and assembling them into a rubber ring.

OpenFarm is similar to Wikipedia or an open database for farming and gardening knowledge. In OpenFarm anyone can access the information and contribute the content for free. It is a platform to share their ideas, advices and stories. For learners it is the best source to find the relevant content. The growing guides of OpenFarm are well structured stories of growing particular plant with practices and environmental conditions. Right from the preparation, sowing, juvenile to fruiting stages, you can get advices and complete information about plant growing.
OpenFarm is not only for edible plants but also for flowers, mosses, vines, trees and other ornamentals. Hydroponic and aeroponic growing techniques will also be supported in OpenFarm. All the data in OpenFarm will be licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.

LittleRP is a standardized, affordable, open solution for resin printing. This open 3D resin printer is easy to self source and makerspace friendly.
Affordability, Flexibility and openness are the three fundaments of LittleRP. We have only few inexpensive resin printer options in the market. LittleRP is specially designed to be affordable in acquiring, inexpensive in operating and flexible to fit a variety of needs that encourages 3rd party vat designs, linear motion components and DLP light sources. It is available in a range of colors and is ideal for 50-100micron layer heights. This is an open hardware project, so you will have the access to every STL, every measurement, every lasercut file, BOM and build documentation. For future modifications or any assistance the team of LittleRP is happy to answer your questions.
The kit includes all the equipment within U.S delivery. Projectors for delivery outside U.S are not included. To assemble the parts there is no need of soldering. The software used to slice STL models and feed them to LittleRP is Slicer/Controller. Autodesk® Meshmixer® is suggested to be used for hollowing, but I believe you can use Slic3r to hollow the objects. For adding extra support structures to the model can be performed by Creation Workshop (is free to download, but it not clear if free and open source) and B9Creator® Layout software.
Are you a fan of 3D printing then you shouldn’t miss this opportunity to back this project. Watch this video before pledging on this campaign.
